Public Buildings & Facilities
SAWA provides project management and consulting expertise to government sector organisations and produces Turnkey solutions for large public facilities and buildings.
We are also engaged in public-private partnership design, build and operate (DBO) schemes that utilise computer modelling and whole life costing (WLC) techniques to minimise building operating, future replacement and environmental costs.
Our capabilities extend to many public buildings and facilities such as:
- Police stations
- Airports and Port facilities
- Government buildings and offices
- Public markets
- Sports venues
As experienced public housing consultants, we deliver Turnkey design and build (DB) solutions combining best design practice with our knowledge of local housing preferences.
An extensive track-record in sub-Saharan Africa qualifies us to create realistic Programmes of Works that meet the requirements of stakeholders and financing institutions.
In-house quantity surveyors work alongside architectural and engineering teams to minimise costs and construction downtime by maximising use of locally available building materials.
SAWA is able to construct cost effective industrial premises. During the build of your project you will be regularly updated and kept informed of what is happening during the process and what stage your project is at. We go way beyond the traditional design-and-build as we integrate every stage of designing, financing, building, maintaining and servicing.
