Social Housing

As experienced public housing consultants, we deliver Turnkey design and build (DB) solutions combining best design practice with our knowledge of local housing preferences.

In-house quantity surveyors work alongside architectural and engineering teams to minimise costs and construction downtime by maximising use of locally available building materials.

SAWA is able to construct cost effective industrial premises. During the build of your project you will be regularly updated and kept informed of what is happening during the process and what stage your project is at. Housing Maintenance

SAWA provides both Domestic Housing Maintenance and Commercial Property Maintenance to a range of clients. Our maintenance services are based on developing a strong rapport with our customers and tailoring our services to suit their specific needs.

SAWA also undertakes maintenance of existing housing stock and can advise on the upgrading or renewal of property assets. We work in close partnership with local authorities and housing associations and identify the strategic asset management options that maximise the value and performance of their portfolio, whilst keeping residents’ interests at the heart of everything we do
